1-Year Standard Warranty

1. Universal 1-Year Coverage

At Trenchers.net, we stand firmly behind the durability and reliability of our heavy machinery. We are proud to provide a comprehensive 1-Year Warranty for ALL product categories in our inventory. This includes, but is not limited to: walk-behind trenchers, ride-on trenchers, mini excavators, skid steers, wheel loaders, road rollers, forklifts, and scissor lifts.

2. What Is Covered

Our 1-Year Warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers significant manufacturing defects and the failure of major operational components under normal, intended use. Covered items generally include:

Engine and Drivetrain: Internal engine components and main drive systems.
Hydraulic Systems: Main hydraulic pumps, drive motors, and major control valves.
Structural Integrity: Major factory welds, chassis, and mainframe defects.

3. What Is NOT Covered (Exclusions)

This warranty strictly applies to defects and catastrophic failures, and does not cover general maintenance, wear-and-tear items, or damage caused by operator error. Exclusions include:

Ground-Engaging Tools: Trencher chains, digging teeth, sprockets, excavator tracks, and tires.
Consumables: Filters, hydraulic fluids, engine oil, belts, hoses, and batteries.
Misuse & Abuse: Damage from operating beyond stated load capacity, improper trenching techniques, or lack of daily maintenance.
Modifications: Any unauthorized alterations to the machine's engine, hydraulics, or frame.

4. How to File a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team immediately. Do not continue to operate the machine if a defect is suspected. You will be required to provide:

Your original order number and proof of purchase.
The machine's serial number and current hour-meter reading.
Clear photos and a short video demonstrating the specific issue.

Once approved, Trenchers.net will, at our sole discretion, supply the necessary replacement parts free of charge. The buyer is responsible for any local labor costs associated with installing the warranty parts.
