California Warehouse Dispatch
1. Logistics & USA Transit Times
All Trenchers.net heavy machinery is inspected and dispatched from our California-based facility. Standard processing for freight orders takes 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery times across the USA are as follows:
- Western States: 2 to 4 business days.
- Central USA: 4 to 6 business days.
- Eastern States: 5 to 8 business days.
2. Freight & Unloading Requirements
Because we ship industrial equipment like trenchers, mini excavators, and loaders, orders are shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight. Buyers must adhere to the following site requirements:
- Offloading: A forklift or loading dock is required on-site for any machinery exceeding 2,500 lbs, as standard liftgates cannot support heavy-duty units.
- Liftgate Service: Available for smaller units and attachments upon request prior to shipment.
- Residential Access: Please notify us if delivering to a farm or residential area, as these require smaller delivery trucks and may incur surcharges.
⚠️ Important: Bill of Lading (BOL) Inspection
You must inspect your equipment for transit damage before signing the Bill of Lading. If damage is found, it must be noted as "DAMAGED" on the driver's paperwork to ensure coverage under our freight insurance.
3. Local Warehouse Pickup
We offer "Will Call" pickup directly from our California warehouse. Scheduled pickups are available with 24-hour notice, provided you have a trailer and tie-downs rated for the equipment weight.
